Free Trial Class

This class is 100% free with no conditions. The student may choose to continue or discontinue after the trial class based on their experience.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the beginning of each month. If payment is not received by the 7th of the month, classes will be suspended until payment is made. Students unable to pay on time should contact the academy immediately.

Refund Policy

Students may request to stop classes at any time during the month. In such cases, the academy will refund the fees for any classes not yet delivered.

Attendance Policy

Teachers and students should join the class at least 2 minutes before the scheduled time. If a teacher or student is late due to an emergency, the teacher will make up the missed minutes. Requests to cancel or reschedule a class must be communicated at least 5 hours in advance. If a student is absent without prior notice or an emergency, the teacher may leave at half-time, and no make-up class is required. If a teacher is absent without prior notice or an emergency, they must arrange a make-up class, and a small amount may be deducted from their salary.

Quality Control

Some classes may be attended or recorded for assessing and improving teaching quality. Monitoring procedures include regular teacher training, examinations, and student feedback.

Male and Female Students Over 13 Years Old

Male students over 13 will have male teachers, and female students over 13 will have female teachers. Students under 13 may have either male or female teachers based on parents’ preference.

Public Holidays

The academy observes Eid Al-Adha (4 days) and Eid Al-Fitr (3 days) as public holidays. Teachers will reschedule any missed classes from these holidays.
